Referrer Agreement

SurveyOL ("we," "our," or "us") is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform operated through our website, www.SurveyOL.com, and owned by SurveyOL Survey Software, LLC. This Referrer Agreement governs your participation in our Referrer Program. By joining as a referrer, you ("the user") acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. You also agree to communicate all applicable terms to the survey participants and respondents ("end users") introduced through your referral.

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for earning commissions as a referrer of SurveyOL Survey Software. By applying as a referrer, you agree to comply with the following conditions.

Eligibility to Become a Referrer

To qualify as a SurveyOL referrer, you must:

1. Be a registered user of SurveyOL.

2. Submit an application to the SurveyOL Referrer Program, which must be approved by SurveyOL.

Earning Commission

As a SurveyOL referrer, you can earn a $5 commission for each qualified referral. A referral is considered qualified if:

First Referrer Advantage: You must be the initial referrer for the paid user. If someone else referred them before you, they will receive the commission. Similarly, future referrers won't affect your commission.

Purchase Requirements: To qualify for commission, your referral must make a purchase of $5 or more within 180 days of their registration. Purchases after 180 days or under $5 won't earn a commission. If the purchase is returned or refunded, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance.

One-Time Commission: If your referral makes multiple purchases, you'll receive a commission only on their first transaction of $5 or more.

Note: The commission fee is subject to change at SurveyOL's discretion.

Minimum Payout and Payment Method

Payout Threshold: Commissions are issued via Amazon E-gift cards or PayPal once your balance reaches $50 or more.

Early Payout Option: If you wish to cash out with a balance below $50, you must close your referrer account. After closing your account, you will not be eligible to reapply to the program for 12 months.

Fraud Prevention

SurveyOL maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on fraudulent activity. Any attempt to manipulate or falsify referrals, such as self-referrals, use of fake accounts, or any other deceptive practices, will result in immediate disqualification from the Referrer Program. Referrals identified as fraudulent will not receive commission, and SurveyOL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy.

Account Closure and Program Reapplication

Referrers may choose to close their accounts at any time. However, any referrer account closed with an outstanding balance below the $50 threshold will result in forfeited commission earnings and a restriction from reapplying to the program for a 12-month period.

Termination and Agreement Changes

SurveyOL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referrer Program or this agreement at any time without prior notice. SurveyOL also retains the right to close individual referrer accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of policy violation, fraudulent activity, or inactivity. Referrers are encouraged to review this agreement periodically for any updates or changes.
